More summer flash back!

Tennis Lessons!

Parker enjoyed tennis lessons this summer. While Parker worked hard on the court, Lexi, Dylan, and I met some fun people. I got to know a couple of other moms and Lex and Dyl played well with their kids. Turns out, one of the moms married a guy I went to high school with. Pretty crazy! After the final day of tennis, we got together for fun in the water at one of our new friend's home.

Ogden Raptors Game

A friend was so kind to share her free baseball tickets with us. The kids were thrilled to be able to go. Thanks Mindy!

Park City Mountain Resort

In August, Rob's sister was visiting from Boston. We joined her and her family at Park City Mountain Resort. There were so many fun things to do here.

One of our favorites was this crazy Alpine Coaster. You climb into a two seater tobaggan-style car. Then you are taken on a very scenic and relaxing automatic uphill climb. Once you are at the top, the relaxing climb ends and you are suddenly going downhill whipping around the mountain side down almost 4,000 feet of bends and curves. Fortunately, with levers on the side of the car, you are able to somewhat control the speed you go while moving downhill.

Dyl was so fun to go on the Alpine Coaster ride with. He was full of giggles and hootin' and hallerin' all sorts of fun noises. He was quite the daredevil!

Rock climbing, rides, miniature golf, and of course the Alpine Slide, were some other activities we enjoyed. Rob and I also went down the zip line a couple of times. SO fun!

We went to the condo my sis-in-law was staying in to have lunch and take a dip in the pool.
I promise I did not ask Dylan to pose for me. He was doing it all by himself, so I had to get a picture!

Parker is enjoying the cascading waterfall that flowed into the hot tub.
Fruit kabobs anyone? We enjoyed the pool side service at the condo. Ice cold bottles of water, someone to adjust your umbrella, and of course, these tasty fruit kabobs were my kids favorite.
It was so fun to spend such a fun-filled exhausting day with family! Thanks Meg!

sound like such fun, and I love the pics. Wish we could have shared, but that's the way it goes.
