Hey Dyl, is your head on backwards?

Dyl bounced down the stairs one morning. I glance up and smile at his awesome outfit.

"Hey Dyl, you know your clothes are on backwards, right?"

Dylan of course replied with, "Yup, I like them like this." And then off we went to preschool.

My dear sweet Dyl Pickle, thank you for filling my days with lots of smiles and much laughter.

Living outside of Utah for many years and then coming back again, I have noticed some things that set Utah apart from other places. Let the list of Utahisms begin! You know you're in Utah when...

Grocery stores have case lot sales for food storage. Love it!

You are in the grocery store or public restroom and you hear a sweet little child's voice belt out, "I am a child of God........."

You are encircled with glorious majestic snow capped mountains.............in June.

There are Book of Mormons and Pass a Long Cards at a local business check out counter.

You see a billboard advertising YourLDSNeighborhood.com (the creator of this business is actually our neighbor).
