Inspiration

"Whatever you are, be a good one." --Abe Lincoln

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." ~Mahatma Gandhi

“I will go forward…I will smile at the rage of the tempest, and ride fearlessly and triumphantly across the boisterous ocean of circumstance…and the ‘testimony of Jesus’ will light up a lamp that will guide my vision through the portals of immortality, and communicate to my understanding the glories of the Celestial kingdom.”--Eliza R. Snow

"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.”- Audrey Hepburn

You know you're in Utah when.........

Living outside of Utah for many years and then coming back again, I have noticed some things that set Utah apart from other places. Let the list of Utahisms begin! You know you're in Utah when...

Grocery stores have case lot sales for food storage. Love it!

You are in the grocery store or public restroom and you hear a sweet little child's voice belt out, "I am a child of God........."

You are encircled with glorious majestic snow capped mountains.............in June.

There are Book of Mormons and Pass a Long Cards at a local business check out counter.

You see a billboard advertising YourLDSNeighborhood.com (the creator of this business is actually our neighbor).
